Alpha Studio, SABHYA and NAZAR are independent creator tools for Instagram Professional accounts, operated by The Indian Alpha through one shared workspace. SABHYA provides comment moderation; Alpha Studio provides creator conversations and audience tools; NAZAR provides identity setup and evidence workflows.

You may connect only an account you are authorized to manage. You remain responsible for your Instagram account, your moderation choices and the content published there. Use SABHYA in accordance with applicable law and Instagram’s terms.

SABHYA can receive comments for review and, when authorized through its controls, request that Instagram hide or restore a comment. It does not delete Instagram comments or publish replies. A classification or recommendation is separate from a confirmed Instagram action; API failures or expired access can prevent a requested action.

All three products share one account and Instagram connection. We may change or suspend features to maintain security, comply with law or address misuse. Availability and classifier performance are not guaranteed.

Alpha Studio is the creator workspace sharing one Creator Plan with SABHYA. Available features include resource campaigns, reviewed AI drafts, an editable creator profile, Question Inbox and comment-based Audience Analysis. Use requires an active paid month, recorded Instagram access and service readiness. The plan includes up to 30 draft requests and 10 analysis requests per day, plus 20 protected post slots per month.

Alpha Studio campaigns send only the resource text you save and deliberately activate, after account permission and webhook checks. A comment can receive one eligible private reply within seven days. DM and Story replies require an eligible incoming interaction and normally the 24-hour messaging window. We do not provide cold messaging, purchased followers or automatic follow/unfollow tools. You are responsible for your reply text, shared links and consent for any personal information you collect through external services.

AI reply drafts can contain errors; review them before copying and sending. Delivery history distinguishes accepted sends from failed, expired and uncertain sends. An uncertain send is not automatically retried, to avoid duplicate messages.

You can disconnect Instagram or delete your shared workspace account in Settings. Disconnecting retains existing history; account deletion removes the account and its live stored moderation data as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion instructions.

One shared Creator Plan

No free trial is offered. Paid access begins only after verified payment confirmation.

The Creator Plan is the single monthly subscription for available Alpha Studio, SABHYA and NAZAR features, including 20 protected posts. The current amount is displayed on the pricing page and confirmed in checkout before payment. Unused protected-post slots do not roll over. Renewal requires an explicit payment. No recurring card or UPI mandate is created. ALPHA50 gives 50% off one calendar month, once per creator account. The regular plan is ₹1,000 per month and the discounted first payment is ₹500. A coupon must be accepted before the order is created; it cannot change an existing payment order or be combined with another discount. Renewals return to the regular price. Feature readiness and usage limits also apply to discounted access.

AI summaries cover comments received and retained for that post, show their analyzed count and update time, and can contain errors. They do not authorize moderation actions. Supported media access and enabled protection capabilities determine service coverage.

Service access and readiness

The shared Creator Plan covers available Alpha Studio and SABHYA tools, plus NAZAR face and voice reference setup for eligible connected accounts. Public creator onboarding is pending Meta permission review. An active paid month, recorded account grants and the required service readiness determine which operations can run. Automated NAZAR monitoring is not active yet; a payment or confirmed identity reference does not activate it, and no activation date is promised. Review the account-specific readiness shown in your workspace before creating a payment. The refund policy below continues to apply.

UPI payments and confirmation

New payments use UroPay’s Merchant API and hosted UPI checkout. You review the amount and any accepted coupon before an order is created. Payment confirmation is automatic; you do not enter a transaction reference. Access activates only after our server verifies a matching paid order with UroPay. Returning from checkout or receiving a webhook alone does not activate access. Earlier payment records remain available as read-only history.

If confirmation is delayed, keep your receipt and contact support before paying again. Refund and cancellation requests follow the policies below.

Cancellation and refunds

Paid purchases are final: no change-of-mind refunds or cancellation of a paid month, including unused days or feature limits. There is no automatic renewal or debit; simply do not make another payment if you do not want another month. You may still pause tools, disconnect Instagram or delete your account through Settings.

For a genuine, compelling reason to request an exception, email contact@theindianalpha.com with your connected Instagram username, payment date and amount, and a short explanation. An invoice or order ID is helpful if available. Do not send a PIN, OTP or password. A request is reviewed individually and does not guarantee a discretionary refund.

Duplicate or incorrect charges and purchased services not provided are investigated and corrected, with a refund or other remedy where applicable law requires. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights. Read the complete Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy before paying; both form part of these terms. Policy version 2026-10-21 applies to purchases made on or after 21 October 2026. Earlier purchases keep the terms accepted when purchased, subject to applicable law. Later changes do not retrospectively remove existing rights.

Automatic creator profiles are suggestions based on accessible recent content, not complete activity histories or verified personal identities. Review and correct the profile before using it. You may choose manual setup instead. Profile and messaging choices appear before Instagram authorization.
