A useful question can disappear between reactions, resource requests and repeat comments. Alpha Studio’s Inbox gives received conversations a place in your workflow, with a filter for questions that still need attention.

Start with the questions needing a reply

Open Inbox and choose the open-question filter. Read the original text and available conversation context before deciding what the person needs. Search helps you narrow a topic without treating every sentence containing a question mark as a genuine request.

Optional smart sorting distinguishes genuine questions, resource requests, content requests, feedback and rhetorical questions. The categories help you prioritize; they do not prove a person’s intent. A sarcastic “seriously?” may need context, while “beginner routine please” can be a real request without a question mark.

Choose a response that fits the request

For a question about your content, prepare an explanation. For a repeated request for a guide, choose a Saved reply or create an eligible Auto DM flow. If several people request the same topic, keep the comments together as evidence for your next content idea.

Feedback and disagreement need a different decision from abuse. Use SABHYA’s review controls when moderation is appropriate; an audience-question label cannot authorize hiding a comment.

Draft in your own voice

Open AI Drafts with the question and relevant context. Your confirmed Creator Profile supplies tone and language preferences. Review names, facts, promises and links before copying the answer. Draft generation does not automatically publish a public reply or send a DM.

The shared plan includes 30 draft requests per day. The limit is shared with your other writing requests, so reuse a well-written answer when the same question returns.

Close the loop without losing your place

Close a conversation when you have dealt with it. Reopen it when it needs attention again. Your search and question filters stay selected while you close or reopen a conversation, which helps you work through a topic without repeatedly rebuilding the view.

Closing is your workspace status. It does not claim that an answer was delivered, read or accepted by the audience. Use delivery Activity for automated-message results and check the original conversation when the outcome matters.

Understand what the inbox covers

The inbox covers received conversations and available selected-post comments. It is not a complete archive of every question ever written to or about you. Account permissions, connected events, collection coverage and retention affect what is available.

Check the source and collection status before concluding that there are no questions left. A quiet list can mean no received work, limited coverage or completed conversations.
