Moderation verdict

A product’s decision about how a comment should be handled. In SABHYA’s current terminology, the outcomes are KEEP, REVIEW, and HIDE.

Human review

A person examines a case and its context before a final moderation decision is made.

Uncertainty routing

Sending a case for further inspection because the available signal does not support a confident automated decision. Routing alone is not a harm classification.

Code-mixing

Using material from more than one language within a conversation or utterance. The term describes language use, not a moderation outcome.

Romanization

Writing a language with a script other than its customary script, such as Hindi written with Latin characters. Romanization can vary between writers.

Platform action state

The operational status of an action sent to a platform, such as attempted, accepted, failed, or unknown. It is separate from the moderation verdict.

Synthetic example

An invented example used for explanation or testing. It is not a real user comment or a measured product outcome.
