Scope
This page describes the current private-beta design for The Indian Alpha and SABHYA. It is not legal advice. The product is operated from Google Cloud; the public marketing site is a separate static site on Oracle Cloud.
Data we may process
SABHYA may process account identifiers, Instagram connection data, comment text and moderation records needed to provide the service. OAuth tokens are stored server-side in encrypted form. The marketing site does not process authenticated product sessions.
External processing
Unresolved moderation cases may be sent to a paid Gemini service for bounded escalation when that path is enabled. This is not a promise that external processing never occurs. Production configuration must keep real user-generated content on the approved paid-services path.
Cookies and sessions
The application uses a host-only, secure, HttpOnly session cookie on app.theindianalpha.com. It does not use a product authentication cookie on the parent marketing domain.
Retention and deletion
We retain data only for the operational, security and legal purposes required for the beta. Exact retention periods are configuration and policy questions, not promises made by this page. See Data Deletion for the deletion request path and the treatment of backups.
