SABHYA, Alpha Studio and NAZAR are operated by The Indian Alpha and share a workspace account. These instructions are available without signing in.
Disconnect Instagram
Sign in to your creator workspace, open Settings, and choose Disconnect Instagram. This removes the stored Instagram access token, stops new comment and message intake, and prevents queued Alpha Studio replies from being sent. Your shared account and existing history remain until you delete the account or the records reach their retention limits. You can also revoke access in Instagram settings; revoking there alone does not remove data already stored by our app.
Delete your workspace account and stored Instagram data
In Settings, choose Delete workspace account and type DELETE to confirm. The action removes your shared account, connected-account record, token, stored comments and author details, classification results, moderation actions and account-linked work-queue records from the live database. It also removes Alpha Studio’s stored conversations, delivery history, campaigns, resources, voice preferences and drafts, and NAZAR’s account-linked identity data. Your Instagram account and original Instagram comments and messages are not deleted.
The deletion control signs you out. Repeating a deletion request does not restore removed data. A one-way deletion record without comment text or an access token may be retained for up to 365 days to help prevent accidental restoration. Scheduled database backups can contain earlier copies until they rotate after 30 days. Deployment rollback snapshots are separate operational copies with restricted access. Before any backup or rollback snapshot returns to service, deletion records are reconciled to prevent deleted account data from being made available again. See the privacy policy for the distinction.
If you cannot sign in or deletion fails
Email contact@theindianalpha.com with the subject Creator workspace data deletion. Tell us which Instagram Professional account you connected and how to reach you. Do not send a password, access token or another person’s private comments. We will verify that you control the connected account before handling the request. If the in-app deletion reports an error, please include the time and a short description.

Account deletion also removes automatic creator profile suggestions, source counts, consent records and pending profile jobs. Confirmed voice preferences are removed with the workspace. The profile builder does not store raw photo samples or its source captions/replies.
Payment order identifiers, amounts and verification events may remain as financial audit records. Account deletion removes their link to your workspace and saved contact fields, as explained in the payment data policy.
